David Robbins
Mr. Robbins is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Trevi Health Capital and leads Trevi’s public equity investment activities. Prior to that, Mr. Robbins was active in private equity and alternative investments, with an emphasis in healthcare. He began his career as a corporate lawyer at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and subsequently practiced law as a partner and counsel at other New York City-based law firms, during which time he also served as an advisor to senior management at Elan Corporation. Mr. Robbins serves as a board member of Bally Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BYI), a diversified gaming technology company, and is a board member or trustee of the Columbia University Medical School Science and Technology Council, the McCarton Foundation and the Bioseed Advisory Board of Connecticut Innovations (the venture capital arm for the state of Connecticut). Mr. Robbins has served as an assistant adjunct professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School, where he has taught courses in corporate finance. Mr. Robbins is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, and New York University School of Law.
