David Robbins
Mr. Robbins is a co-founder and Managing Director of Trevi. Prior to that, Mr. Robbins was active in private equity and alternative investments as a sponsor and member of investor groups and as a portfolio manager for private investment funds, with an emphasis in healthcare. He began his career as a corporate and securities lawyer at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP. Mr. Robbins serves on the boards of directors for Trevi portfolio companies Interventional & Surgical Innovations, Optovue, Paradigm Spine, Home Skinovations, EasyLap, EasyGlide and Deep Vein Medical. He is also a member of the Columbia University Medical
School Science and Technology Council, a trustee of the McCarton Foundation and sits on the Bioseed Advisory Board of Connecticut Innovations. He
is chairman of the board of directors of Bally Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BYI), a diversified gaming technology company. Mr. Robbins has served as an assistant adjunct professor of law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School,
where he has taught courses in corporate finance. Mr. Robbins received a B.S., magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
