Trevi focuses primarily on venture and growth equity investments with emphasis on medical devices, biopharmaceuticals and healthcare services, either as a lead or co-investor.  Trevi also invests, directly and with its strategic partners, in special situations, traditional buy-outs and structured finance transactions.

Trevi directly invests $5-10 million in each company.  Trevi also has strategic co-investment relationships that allow it to participate in larger rounds of financing.

Trevi seeks to be a value-added investor in each investment, typically through board participation, business strategy development, strategic introductions and/or financing assistance.
